How to setup VivA-app apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
VivA-app Details
Viva’s dictionary portal app (Woordeboekportaal) provides offline access to the following Afrikaans dictionaries:• Afrikaanse Woordelys en Spelreëls (AWS; Pharos) (only the list of words, list of abbreviations, and the list containing geographical names and their derivatives)
• CTexT SkryfGoed: Leksikon (more than 450 000 Afrikaans words)
• CTexT SkryfGoed: Tesourus (search for synonyms and related words)
• CTexT TransTips: Leksikon (more than 20 000 Afrikaans words with English and Setswana translations)
• Kuberwoordeboek/Cyber Dictionary (Protea Boekhuis) (Afrikaans and English)
• Entrepreneurskapwoordeboek (an Afrikaans technical dictionary)
• VivA Gesegdes (more than 250 well-known Afrikaans idioms and expressions)
Characteristics:
• Spelling and writing tips
• Voice search (via Google Voice (Android only)) or keyboard search
• Predictive text (words appear as you type)
• Proposals (for incorrectly spelled words not found in dictionaries)
• Favourites (save words you look up often)
